You know the routine. Sunday is coming and you need to figure out who is on sound, who is greeting at the door, and whether the person you rostered for kids ministry three weeks ago actually saw your message. You open WhatsApp. You scroll. You send another reminder. Nobody replies.
Church Volunteering replaces that whole process. You build your schedule in the app, hit publish, and every volunteer gets an email with their role, date, and time. They confirm or decline with one click. You see the result on your dashboard. No group chats, no spreadsheets, no guesswork.

Create teams that match your church. Sound Desk, Welcome Team, Kids Ministry, Worship, Parking. Each team has its own roles. The Sound Desk might need a FOH Engineer and a Monitor Engineer. The Welcome Team might just need greeters. You decide.

Add each volunteer with their name and email. Assign them to one or more teams. That is the setup. Takes about 10 seconds per person. If someone serves on both the worship team and the sound desk, they show up in both.
Pick a date and service time. Select the teams you need. Then assign volunteers to each role. You can see who is available and who has marked themselves as unavailable. When you are done, publish the roster and everyone gets notified.

Every rostered volunteer gets an email immediately. The email includes their role, the date, the time, and two buttons: confirm and decline. They do not need to download an app, create an account, or log in. One click and they are done.
Reminders go out automatically. Three days before the service, they get another email. The day before, one more. If someone has not responded, you can see that on your dashboard and follow up with just that person instead of messaging the whole group again.
If a volunteer declines, you get notified straight away so you can find a replacement. If they confirm, it shows up on your dashboard. Green for confirmed, yellow for pending, red for declined. You always know where things stand.

Spreadsheets work until they do not. They cannot send reminders. They cannot tell you who has confirmed. They cannot notify you when someone declines. And they definitely cannot stop you from accidentally rostering someone who told you last week they are away.
Church Volunteering handles all of that. Volunteers can set their own unavailable dates. The system tracks who has served recently so you can spread the load. And you get a full history of every roster so you can look back and see patterns.
